Theo Watson put together a spinning vinyl app for you iOS device. It would a fun addition to any collection of music making apps, but upon my last search it’s not available in the app store :( I can’t give it a full review because I’m not able to give it a whirl. Anyway, the app uses the device’s accelerometer  to control the speed of a ‘vinyl record’ on its screen. Slowing down the record and speeding it up is just a matter of controlling how fast you spin the device. Check it out in the video below!

    Wasn’t his video of this app out around three years ago? As far as I can tell “spinning vinyl” was never offered to any app store.
